Q: Where is It’s All About You Holistic Studio located?
A: We are conveniently located in Uptown Phoenix, just 7 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes off the I-10 at the 7th Street exit.

Q: Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
A: All services are by appointment only to ensure a personalized and relaxing experience. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Q: Is a deposit required to book services?
A: Yes, a deposit is required for all appointments, including group bookings. This helps secure your time and ensures availability for all guests. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments with proper notice.

Salt Room Sessions

Q: What should I wear for a salt room session?
A: Comfortable clothing is recommended. Light, breathable fabrics are best, and socks are required inside the salt room. If you prefer to wear shorts and a tank top to expose more skin to the salt therapy benefits, that is also an option.

Q: Can children use the salt room?
A: Yes! Children are welcome with a paid adult. The salt room provides respiratory and relaxation benefits for all ages.

Yoni & Lingam Steams

Q: What should I wear for a yoni or lingam steam?
A: We provide a comfortable steam gown for your session. However, it is recommended to wear a long, loose dress or a skirt for easy transition. Avoid tight or restrictive clothing.

Q: Are there any restrictions for steaming?
A: Yoni steams are not recommended during menstruation, pregnancy, or for those with an IUD unless approved by a healthcare provider. Lingam steams are also not recommended for individuals with open wounds or recent surgeries.

Massage Therapy

Q: What should I wear for a massage?
A: Most guests undress to their comfort level. Our licensed massage therapists will ensure you are properly draped throughout the session for privacy. If you prefer, you may wear loose-fitting clothing for certain modalities like Reiki or Soft Stretch therapy.

Q: Do you have female massage therapists?
A: At this time, we do not have female massage therapists. All of our massage therapists are licensed professionals who provide a high standard of care in a professional setting.

Booking & Policies

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Q: Do you offer group spa experiences?
A: Yes! We offer curated group spa experiences for celebrations, wellness retreats, and corporate events. A $25 per person deposit is required to secure your group booking.
