I experienced the salt room and it was amazing. I stayed in the room, relaxing for about 45 mins. After about 30 mins, I begin to start coughing up mucus. Over the next several days, all of the mucous came out of my body. My breathing felt so much better. My body felt much better. I’ll definitely be scheduling the salt room as a monthly self care routine. The studio is amazing and the staff are amazing, informative, and very helpful.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Darryl was very attentive and knowledgeable about the science behind massage therapy! The space is beautiful and the staff was amazing.

This was the most effective massage I have ever had. Darryl’s location was very relaxing, and his techniques were very good at releasing muscle tension, without too much pressure. And he’s a super nice and caring guy. I’m definitely going back whenever I’m in Phoenix.

I have had two massages here now. I have left both times with a sense of relief and peace after the sessions. Darryl has great quality care and is tentative to any body points that need extra or no attention. This has been my favorite Downtown Massage Studio as a 3 year resident to continue to go to now since finding it a few months ago. They also provide other services to check out. I got to be in the salt room for 15 minutes and I will be back for that again as a full session booking with my massages.

I got a Groupon from my daughter for Mother's Day for a massage and salt room therapy. I loved my massage from Joanna, she worked wonders on my knots in my back and I felt so much better. The overall vibe was peaceful and Darryl was full of knowledge giving me a tour and explained all of their services. The salt room experience was totally new to me and I loved that as well. Talk about feeling clear and a breathe of fresh air!
