Reiki (霊気) is a powerful yet gentle Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic healing. The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: "Rei" meaning "God’s Wisdom" or "Higher Power" and "Ki" meaning "life force energy." Reiki, therefore, translates to “spiritually guided life force energy.” When our energy is balanced and flowing, we feel vibrant, healthy, and emotionally at peace. When it’s low or blocked, stress and illness can manifest.

Usui Reiki Healing

Duration: 60 Minutes | Investment: $100
Traditional, hands-on (or near-body) Reiki that focuses on rebalancing your chakras and restoring harmony in your energetic body. This session promotes deep relaxation, clarity, and healing. A beautiful choice for those new to energy work or seeking spiritual maintenance.

Intentional Conversation

A sacred space to be heard, held, and realigned.

Sometimes, you don’t need a session—you just need a safe space to talk. Intentional Conversation offers heart-centered dialogue and gentle spiritual insight to support you through whatever you’re walking through.

This is not therapy or a formal reading. This is an invitation to release, reflect, and realign.Tier One: The Reset

A simple, heart-centered session where you can speak freely and receive gentle spiritual guidance.
