Booking-Cancellation Policy

Scheduling, Booking & Cancellation Policy


At It's All About You Holistic Studio, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to both our business and our valued guests, we have established the following policy to protect our time, energy, and your experience.


Booking & Deposit

All appointments must be secured with a $25 non-refundable deposit per person at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.


A booking is considered a hold — not a confirmed appointment — without payment.


When booking by phone or in person, guests have 2 hours to complete their deposit to secure their spot. If payment is not received within that window, the appointment will be released without further notice.


Deposits can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of notice given.


Group Bookings (4 or More Guests)

For groups of 4 or more, a 50% deposit of the total service amount is required at the time of booking to secure your experience. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.


Please note that gratuity is not included in the quoted group price. We encourage guests to recognize and appreciate our practitioners for the care and intentionality they bring to every session.


Booking Confirmation

Guests will receive an automated confirmation once their deposit is processed, followed by a reminder 48 hours before their appointment and again 24 hours before. If a guest does not respond to confirmation outreach within 24 hours of their scheduled session, the studio reserves the right to release the appointment and offer the time slot to another guest.


New Guest Policy

All guests — new and returning — are required to submit a $25 non-refundable deposit per person to secure their appointment. No additional prepayment is required unless booking a group or corporate package.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before your appointment: Eligible for a full refund of any service balance or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Within 24–48 hours of the appointment: A 50% charge of the total service fee will apply. Rescheduling within this window is allowed; a $25 rescheduling fee may apply.

Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows: 100% of the total service fee will be charged.


No-Show Policy

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any contact will be charged 20% of the booked service amount to the card on file. Future bookings will require the standard deposit to be paid before the appointment is confirmed.


Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all guests and our practitioners, guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened to fit within the remaining time. The full service rate will still apply.


Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a same-day cancellation and will forfeit their deposit.


Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation such as illness or a family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you. One courtesy reschedule per guest per year may be offered at the discretion of management with at least 4 hours notice.



We hold space intentionally for every guest who walks through our doors. Our practitioners prepare energetically, physically, and professionally for each session. Your deposit is not just a payment — it is a mutual commitment to honoring that sacred time together. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
